Question: My Eye flickering for the last 1 month?
Hi there, ive been noticing my right eye for the last 1 month a bit flickering like a nerve is shaking my eye lashes. I am worries this will be permanent. Should i visit a eye doctor?

Eye twitching has 4 main factors.
1. Lack of sleep
2. Stress
3. Too much caffeine
4. potassium deficiency
Treatment:
1. More sleep
2. Reduce Stress
3. Drink less caffeine
4. Eat more bananas
You do not need to have all of them to suffer from eye twitching, but at least 1
