Question: My eyes feel like there bulging out of my head and are aching, i have been getting dizzy spelles when bendover?
u can see little blood vessels in my eyes they are also hurting/aching & i have been having dizzy spelles when i stand up or bend over to do somthink.....
does any one no what is causing this??

It's most likely your sinuses. Try taking some phenylefrin or pseudoephedrine with guiafenesin (you can buy it over the counter) for a couple of days and see if it helps.
