so i have a friend who is 13 and she still watches chitty chitty bang bang is that weird?

Nothing wrong unless it's actually "Chitty Chitty Gang-bang" which is not suitable for minors.

My husband still watches cartoons on occasion. If your friend likes the movie, there is certainly nothing wrong with her watching it. I'd certainly rather my child watched Chitty Chitty Bang Bang then some violent and/or sexually explicit movie as one answerer mistakenly thought was a cute answer to give to a minor.

That's fine, she just likes the movie.
