Well unnaturally, contacts. Though i wouldn't suggest it unless you want to look like an animé character.

Eye color results from pigments in the iris derived from chromosomes inherited from your parent's genes, so no. You can buy colored contacts though.

um no but i wont be surprised if they have a safe eye dye or something in the future. just use colored contacts for now.
