A scratched cornea has nothing to do with the external eye muscles that control eye movement.
So, no...it can't cause cross eye.
Your symptoms aren't those of a scratched cornea either btw.

Again, a corneal abrasion or scratched cornea will not and cannot cause a crossed eye, nor will it cause eye strain or itchiness. A scratched cornea (corneal abrasion) feels like you have something in your eye. It is painful, annoying and will tear a lot. Use ice packs on the affected eye for about 15 minutes every hour or so. If it doesn't resolve within 24 hours, go see an eye specialist.
Is your eye really crossed or is it strained? Eye strain is caused by staying on the computer for excessive amounts of time, watching too much TV, excessive reading or other close work. Eye strain is a temporary condition which will usually disappears when you stop using the excess computer or TV viewing etc. Symptoms of eye strain include, among other symptoms, blurry vision and headaches.
If your eye is itchy, watch for red or pink in your eyes and any discharge from the eye. These would be signs of an infection that should be checked by an eye specialist. Plain itchy eyes is probably caused by an allergy or dry eye.
No, it can't. Just like it couldn't every other time you asked the question. You know what's really tiring and annoying?
