Question: When I look to the side (roll my eye) it gives me a bad headache?

It's only on my left eye. When I look up, down, or to the the sides, it kind of hurts like inside my eye, almost like a headache.
I wear glasses, and occasionally contacts. Today I was wearing them, and the pain started in the morning.
Anyone have an idea on why this could be caused?

Just an eye strain. Try not to force looking into a direction.
Ever had a bad headache in a strange place in your head? It eventually went away, so will your eye strain.

wear your glasses for the next few days. also wouldnt hurt to get a cooling eye mask and take some paracetamol. Might be another good idea to visit the docs, rule out bad stuff.

You're forcing the muscles that move each eyeball. These muscles must be sore for some reason. You should go to your ophthalmologist to check on that symptom.
