Contacts that you sleep with, take off in the morning and they work for the day.!
Question: Contacts that you sleep with, take off in the morning and they work for the day.?
What are these called, how long do they last? Do they actually work efficiently. I want to correct my 20/30 to 20/20 or even better for a vision test. Also would they alter a color test at all?

This is called orthokeratology. It is a very involved procedure to undertake, it can only correct certain types of visual deficiencies, it requires you to have a certain shape of eyeball, and costs a lot of money. Also, it can only be performed under the direction of an optometrist or ophthalmologist. It's not something that can or should be undertaken for a temporary reason or on a whim.
Ask your eye doctor if he or she performs ortho-k or can refer you to a practitioner who does.
Optician, and work with a doctor who does orthokeratology
