You have neither lazy eyes nor crossed eyes, since you are crossing your eyes at will and eyes move up when you close your eyes. The fact that you can feel it happening might just mean you have an excellent imagination or are concentrating very hard on the eye movement.

Ambyopia is often referred to as lazy eye. Simplistically this is an eye defect, usually discovered in early childhood, where the brain does not send proper signals to the eye, therefore causing poor vision. It can also be accompanied by another childhood eye defect called Strabismus, which does cause crossed or misaligned eyes.

That is not good, you need to see an eye doctor ASAP.
