What are the chances of a contact lense falling out from your eye?!

Question: What are the chances of a contact lense falling out from your eye?
Answers:

Contact lenses can fall out of your eye quite easily, especially if you have been crying or rubbing your eyes, or if your eyes are dry. Try to prevent it from happening by not crying or rubbing your eyes while wearing contacts (if you must, remove the contacts first) and by using rewetting drops when your eyes are dry.

If it does happen, try to find the contact. If it fell in something really dirty or gross, like a cat litter box for example, just throw it away and open a new one or switch to your back-up glasses. If it just fell on the floor or in the sink, check it for rips or tears. If it looks okay, rinse any dirt or hairs from the contact lens and put it in your contact lens case with your solution for the amount of time recommended on your solution bottle to disinfect.

If it's been more than five minutes or so since you dropped the contact, it has started to dry out and will crack and deform -- don't use it again in this case either. Just open a new lens or switch to glasses.

The chances of a contact lens falling out of your eye is pretty slim. I've been using contacts for about six years and it has never happened to me. I have been to multiple amusements parts with contact lenses and even rode roller coasters without any problems.

it happens alot and when it does theres a good chance you will never see again. it happened to me and now i have no sight out of my right eye
