Question: What happens if cylindrical is + when it is supposed to be - ?

i ordered a pair of glasses online, it seems that i got the cylindrical mixed, it is supposed to be - , but i somehow entered as +?

i wonder what will happen to the eyes?

Well, it ends up being the wrong prescription, unless you do some math to convert it from plus-cyl to minus-cyl form (or vice versa).
Seeing as all these online glasses places are supposed to have an optician behind the scenes, try contacting them and explaining what happened; they should be able to convert it for you.
