Did I pop a blood vessel in my eye?!

Well if i didn't know any better, I'd say your crazy...but sad enough yes..you did. I know a guy who did waits but applied too much pressure, asked what happend to his eye and he told me he popped a vessel in his eye. Its normal but not healthy so i would get it checked just to make sure. I guess its more of this concept: You know how body builders always have veins sticking out of thier bodies when they lift wieghts? Same with your eye except its more sensitive so ya...you did pop it. :)

This is a broken vessel. It happens when you blow your nose, sneeze, cough really hard or carry heavy things. The pressure in the vessels becomes unbearable and they break. It's called sub-conjunctivital hemorrhage.

It clears up on its own but after a few days, or even a week. Just don't tire your body and try blowing your nose not hard.

It's quite possible you ruptured a blood vessel. If, in the morning, it's red or veiny,check with your MD.
