Nope, dishwashing detergent has abrasives. Would scratch the lenses. Also the heat from the dishwasher could melt or warp the lenses.
I think it might work if you didn't have anti-glare coatings. Anti glare coatings you have to be careful with. It would also depend on the material of the frames. You could experiment but that might be a bit expensive.
I wouldn't recommend that...
i wouldnt do it either, they might get scratched or damaged
