It's not possible to convert visual acuity (20/100, 20/200) into diopters (-2,-2.50), because there's no mathematical relation between the two , however it's safe to assume that statistically many people with 20/100 and 20/200 visual acuity would need lenses like yours. It's not a bad eyesight, but I understand you need glasses most of the time. Remember to remove them when distance is very short, such as when you read a book, because glasses wuould be of no use and would instead cause eye-strain.
Not real poor vision, mine for instance is 20/1100 and 20/1150 but certainly if you need to wear your glasses to see well, wear them all the time. I've got to wear mine in the shower just to see the soap!
Sounds about right for your lenses. You have mild myopia. Most people with your glasses would wear them all the time.
That sounds like somebody with no glasses on at all.
