Answers:
You are just getting to the point where you will be needing reading glasses...completely normal.
Nothing happens if you don't get them , but you will get tired of having to hold a book farther and farther away eventually.

Chances are you may need reading glasses. If your vision is clear when you are not reading, then you shouldn't need glasses. Not being able to read small print, generally, indicates the need for reading glasses, which can be picked up at most retail stores without a prescription or doctor visit. I would recommend trying a pair of reading glasses first before heading to the doctor. It costs a lot more to see an eye doctor then it is to try a pair of reading glasses.
I hope this helps.
yes you need glasses of your degree. If u stay with out them your eyes will be get more affected but glasses really help eyes to see with out stressing them. I also wear glasses. and please specially when you sit infron of a computer and watch TV wear solar glasses the brightness of the computers and TV hurts our eyes.
it sounds like you are far-sighted. you will probably need glasses. depending on how bad it is, you might be able to get away with not wearing them most of the time, but your eyes will get strained and tired. and you should always wear them while driving or doing anything where perfect vision is crucial. an optometrist can help you and tell you what you need to do
