You can't take the test without your glasses; they check your vision and you will fail. So why even try to go and waste your time and theirs? And you should not be driving with a vision prescription like that, not safe. Tell your dad he needs to talk to your eye doctor and get his opinion, since he won't listen to you.

If you can't see, you can't take the test. They make you do a vision test. Besides that, you should not drive if you can't see. It's not safe for you and your passengers and it's not safe for others on the street. You should move the test date until after you get your glasses and you have had time to practice. You should tell your dad you won't drive until you get your glasses.

If you drive without your glasses then the insurance on the car won't be valid so you could tell your dad that as well.
