Use hot compresses on the eye until it breaks. It sounds like a sty. Also when your are not applying the compresses and when it breaks, apply a thin layer of ophthalmic bacitracin onto the stye. Make sure to gently clean it first and pat dry. If the stye or pimple doesn't break in a day or so, go see an eye specialist. Ophthalmic Bacitracin can be purchased over the counter at most drug stores.

its not a pimple, its a sty.
wait until it busts open, that white stuff is pus.
u can pop it if ur sure it's ready.
boil water.
put a cloth in it.
place on sty for ten minutes.
repeat.
that helps drain the pus, helps the swelling go down too.
go to the doctor so they can give u antibiotics.
wait.
if it doesnt go away within a few months...
consider surgery.

Do what I always used to do... and I barely ever got pimples or zits. Occasionally I'll get one here and there, but I'm older now. I just used to pick at them. Pick it, get rid of it, than wash the area with soap and water so it doesn't spread.

You need to pop it! when you do so keep cleaning it off and pop it more. If you don't want to then head to the doctor and have them remove it.

hide it with makeup....
don't go out in public....
