There is no surgery that replaces your retina, not in the USA, UK or anywhere else in the world. If you mean that your retina recently detached, like in the last week, there is a good chance that a etinal Surgeon can reattach it and it and it would probably be covered by the NHS.

Certain other retinal problems such as Vitreous detachment or hemorrhage are usually controlled by out patient laser surgery.

However, the sooner the retina problem is treated, the better your chances for a good outcome. If a person waits too long to have the problems fixed, it is often too late.

Would be nice if it was possible...but it isn't.
