Weird eye/vision thing.. how do i get rid of it?!

This weird thing is happening to my vision. i can't think what may have caused it, and it has not happened recently, (i'm not gonna say it never happened, i don't know for sure)

Basically, it's like there's this ripple in my vision where everything's distorted. I don't know how to describe it any better than that. it's just a horizontal line towards the right of my field of vision where what i see is distorted. i don't know weather to say it's blurred, cut, no depth perception, or anything like that.

I can't think of why this is happening. I am not under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drug. Basically, Wrestling practice ended, i drove home, i took a shower and changed, i had some cereal and LOTS of water because it was a tough practice. then i started to do some homework, and its really hard to read stuff on the computer now.

help?
