Question: My eyes are flashing (20char)?

Sometimes it'll happen when I stand up and I get this whiteish flash in front of my eyes, a little ringing in my ears and I get a little bit dizzy. It lasts a couple seconds then it fades, but I have to stand still while it happens because I can't see past the flash.
