Going out to buy new sunglasses!! How can I make sure it has an SPF??!

SPF means "Sun Protection Factor" and is for sunblock / sunscreen for your skin. I think what you're interested in is UV Absorption Coating for your sunglasses. This will protect your eyes from the damaging effects of the sun.

If you want to save some money, you can go to www.replacementlensexpress.com and buy your lenses there. You can get UV coating for very cheap (I think around $25 or $30?) and they will add your prescription to the lenses for just $25.

This is a great company to go to if you already have a frame and you just need new lenses. If you do need the whole thing though (e.g. frame AND lenses), just shop around and find something you like.
