You have astigmatism in both eyes. That's ALL you have is astigmatism, so it can't be converted to a non-toric power.
The CYL number and axis is your astigmatism correction...you have no Spherical power...which would be needed to be able to convert anything.
See under PWR ?...it is 0 sphere power.
Sooo, that means anything BUT a toric lens won't help you at all...there is no way to do a conversion of a prescription like that.

No, that doesn't mean your vision is 100%...it means you are nearsighted, but in just one meridian...that's what the axis is for . It denotes the meridian that the Cylinder power is correcting at.
A regular non-toric lens can't correct in just one meridian. It only corrects spherical powers which is the same all over.
Aside from Lasik surgery , there is no way to get rid of your astigmatism either , it is an error of refraction like being near or farsighted.
