Question: Why dose my eye randomly twitch?
So I'm a healthy 14 year old girl with no medical problems but every couple of months i go through a week or so where the bottom of my eye will twitch. It's always my right eye and it has little 5-30 second spasms. Is this even a problem, it doesn't mess with my life in fact my friends and I all joke around about eye seizures. I just thought maybe it could be unhealthy.

Lack of sleep can cause this, but also stress and excessive caffeine. I find I have this problem when I drink more than one cup of coffee per day.
Get more sleep. It is probably from lack of sleep. My eyes do the same thing when i don't get enough sleep.
