Question: Please!! Urgent Need of Help!! Doctors preferably?
I am fourteen years of age. And my left breast area has an extrushiating pain. Last night I couldnt even sleep on my back, I cant breath a full breath, laugh right, I can feel my heartbeat pounding where my boob is, :/ I dont like this. Also, I have NEVER had sexual intercourse, so Im hoping this is just puberty. I dont know! Im so scared! Last night, I took an aspirin and then a hot shower, and went to bed.. but it still didnt work. And I took an aspirin this morning.. Please, someone help me with advice on what to do to relieve some pain, and maybe some theories on what the problem is with me.. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I am not a doctor and if you wished to get better answers from a medical professional, you would have been better off posting your question to the sub Health category "Diseases & Conditions" or even "Women's Health" not "optical." I've had two of the conditions that would have the symptoms you describe.

Your symptoms are indicative of at least three health conditions, Pleurisy - inflammation of the lung; a heart problem; or something as simple as gas. All three conditions can cause pain and difficulty in breathing. Have your parents call your medical doctor for advice immediately or go to your local hospital emergency room. It is better to be safe than sorry. Obviously, pleurisy or a heart problem would require much more aggressive treatment than gastritis. Gastritis can be treated with over the counter meds like Gas-X or Pepto-Bismal. It is your call, but I would definitely tell your parents about how much pain you are in and get to a doctor or hospital. Stop taking the aspirin, it could be making it worse and is obviously not helping.
