I see flashes of light when i move my eyes.?!

When ever i look at something bright like outside my window in the day time, or computer screen, I see a flash of light that`s there for 1/2 a second. I don`t know what it is.

I have a cold right now.
My eyes feel like they`re going to pop out.
It first started with me not being able to see anything from the bottom of my eye because it was
really blurry, It went away after i ate and drank water, I think it may have been a heat stroke since i was dehydrated for a long time.
I have floaters and know what they are.
The more i look at something bright my eyes begin to feel like they`re going to pop out, and also there is the bothersome flash of light.
My Eyes feel normal when i look at something for a period of time.
I have Sickle Cell Anemia, so i think it might be slight Retinal Detachment.

I had an eye check up a week before these symptoms began and the doctor dilated my pupils and looked behind it and said everything looked alright.

Can someone help?
