What do u mean fallen off? There are certain diseases affecting their growth, so I would suggest you to consult an eye or skin specialist for a thorough examination.In the meantime hide it with eyeliner.

this is due to the allergic reaction on ur eye-brows...u just put sunglasses when out from home .
