Question: Can goat eyes be fixed for man?
The animals like cow, goat etc belongs to mamalia just like human beings. Will the eyes of these suit for the humans? there are many animals like these getting killed, if the thing is possible there will be no deficiency of eyes for blind people....

All humans(and animals too) have unique immune system which recognises own cells from foreign, there are lots of problems even when human to human organ transplantation is done, xenografting is out of question as of now.How to bypass or fool the human immune system in accepting xenografts is still not possible, maybe in future.
No, we can't trans-plant animal eyes. We can't even trans-plant human eyes.
