Question: I just got contacts and they burn my eyes?
ok so yesterday i just got contacts for the first time and ever since they have been burning my eyes. i have to try and keep them open, they burn so much. i also feel them in my eyes which is normal right? but idk why they burn? do i just have to get used to them?

Take them out and don't put them back in. Go back to the optometrist. You could be having an allergic reaction, which can really mess up your eyes. It may be normal irritation; them do take a little time to get used to, but it could be something else, and your eyes are too important to risk. And it it is an allergic reaction, it could be brand-specific. I am allergic to one brand that I know of.
