Pain behind right eye, starting to drift to the right . please help?!

Question: Pain behind right eye, starting to drift to the right . please help?
I am a 20 year old male. About 10 days ago I started to feel pain behind my right eye. It hurt if i just barely pushed on it. I thought it was just from sinuses and did not think much about it. I felt like I may of had a little discharge coming out but im not really sure. It is kind of hard to describe the feeling but it almost feels like my muscle in my right eye is strained (the pain is behind the eye). It has gotten been getting worse daily. The last couple days i started to notice it was a little hard to focus on things and that my eye feels "lazy". Yesterday my right eye was shifted a little to my right and today it is even worse. It also sometimes moves a little slower than my left eye. What could this possibly be, I am really starting to worry. When i watch TV my eye sometimes will drift a little to my right.I went to the doctor 4 days after i started to notice the pain and he said there was nothing wrong however that was before my eye has started to shift over. I am going to schedule an appointment to go back but if anyone else has had anything like this or any idea what thia may be please please let me know I would really appreciate any help. Thanks a lot
Could I Develop a "lazy eye" being this old
*also i noticed my vision in the right eye has gotten much worse all within 10 days

It would be unusual to develop strabismus, which is misaligned or crossed eye(s) (not lazy eye) at your age, but not impossible. Adult onset strabismus is usually due to disease or trauma and often results in double vision. You might want to get a second opinion from an ophthalmologist who specializes in strabismus surgery.

Sounds like you have a brain tumor. Get a scan immediately.
