The only scam in here is hippo. He just talks nonsense mixed with a few facts like "put glasses on and you will see better."

While its true the only immediate way to see something clearly is to put on a lens (contact lens, glasses) or having laser eye surgery, its ridiculous to spend time trying to misinform as many people as possible and keep them limited in their choices. Obviously in asking your question you show yourself to be open minded and interested in any evidence that exists out there of people "curing" their own sight.

It's not the best choice of word "cure" because eyesight restoration works on the premise that a misuse of your eyes led to your vision being undermined.
So if you are taking a step into the world of eyesight restoration its a good idea to establish the eyes that you have right now are healthy and apart from fact of being elongated cannot be the sole scapegoat for your problems. Other people the same age as you are out there and do a much better job with their vision.

Really I don't understand people that come on this site to give answers like "no, the best option is to wear glasses". What theories do we have on their motivation? Well first of all when people have a stake in something or their livelihood is dependent on the viability of a product then they will go to extremes to protect their position. Also there are people that have dedicated themselves to wearing glasses and the thought of being misguided or having wasted time/money for many years is too much to bare.

Ok so you don't have any connection to the optical industry and don't make any money from It. Neither do I. So let's talk straight.

We come across difficult situations/idiots every day when we leave the house. We can choose a way to go about it. We can also have different priorities. If you love seeing clearly and that's a priority for you then you are free to give it a chance to work effectively. Also I understand you may be wearing glasses right now and taking them off might be a big deal. You may also demand options that are guaranteed to work for you.
If you have no time to try something different, to be able to experiment etc. Then you will waste your time with any eyesight restoration efforts.

Are you suitable for it? Well do you have issues with temper tantrums, an awkward way of walking, tense body/bad posture, difficulties with social life, the opposite sex and feeling like you just stare at people people all the time? Ok personally I believe eyesight restoration would help if any of the above applied to you.

Ok I was thinking for a while that I should put some links etc into this answer.

Well I've got one book and I know about 20 websites that I learned something from. They still feel they have usefulness and stand up well on a technical level.

http://www.natural-vision.co.uk/ is a UK based site which explains "bad vision habits"

Are (in my opinion) good starter videos. They are free and explain why natural eyesight is worth considering.

"The secret of perfect vision" by David de Angelis is a very in depth book which focuses mainly on the use of lenses to help bring the eyeball of the effected person back to being sphere shaped. (i didn't know it but myopic people apparently dont have sphere shaped eyeballs.
The primary cause of myopia is elongation of the eyeball.

Website that shows new driving licenses of people that successfully restored their eyesight.

This is a website I found just now. It has lots of stuff.

It was personally useful for me to learn that there are winners and losers when it comes to eyesight (globally). Also modern day research has found that kids spending more time outdoors tend to have better eyesight.

this is untrue. There are various scams out there to do with eye exercise, what you eat, wearing or not wearing glasses etc. etc. All scientific studies show there is no evidence that any of them work. Being near sighted naturally is about having your eyeball the wrong shape - logically would you think you would be able to change the shape of your nose by anything other than surgery? If there were such a method then the number of people wearing glasses woudl be a lot smaller.

Nooooo.

No.

Good luck
