Question: Laser eye surgery info?

I am planning on getting laser eye surgery in around 2-3 years and i was starting to worry about it since a lot of people say there is a failure precentage?
I really need to know and all answers help so please explain this to me :)

What i want to know:
-How much it costs
-Failure chance?
-Any extra info

I researched some australian prices and it costs about $4000 for both eyes.

There has been reported failure rates but there has not been reported any blind problems. It can have bad side effects such as Halos, starbursts and night vision problems.

It is a cosmetic surgery because you don't really need it, try and choose the best surgeon possible and remember the higher the price the better the chances of no side effects.
