I have bright bright blue eyes.

but they go a light grey when im upset. is that good that they do that? :)

That means you shouldn't be upset.=)
As an optician you have nothing to worry about, i too have blue eyes and when i get upset they change a grey color. It is actually more common than others may think. But do make sure because of the lightness of your eyes that you wear a POLARIZED sun glass, and if you wear regular glasses make sure you wear polycarbonate lenses, not plastic unless you have them put uv protection on them. it is very important with our light eyes we get that full 400 uv protection hon.

This is a totally normal thing. but it's rare. It's something you should show off because people like me might find it really cool that you have eye colors that change with your mood. You're not alone, I have a friend who's mom has the same thing.
