If there is no bleeding, then it should be fine and things should fix their own. But I never thought it could take so long. It you can see fine, it should heal up.

Go see a doctor if it takes too long.

Go and have a check up. Go first to a general practitioner for it may not be anything serious
and then follow his advice. In the meantime do not rub it or it gets more red. There could be small
parts of the pencil lead and may need just an eyewash. But this can only to known after being examined by someone medical, at least a nurse but better a doc.

If it's still like that I would get it checked out by the school nurse and see what she says
