Question: Is -1 in right eye and 0.75 in left eye a high enough number to make me feel dizzy,swollen eyes? please help?
I think thats the number they wrote on my prescription but they said I will need another exam when my redness and swelling is gone. There is no itchiness in my eyes my chief complains are head pressure, right eye swollen, strained feeling in eyes, some burning in my eyes and slight dizzy feeling when I move my head, or walk or stand up etc.

Those numbers indicate that you need glasses. Needing glasses would not cause a red, swollen eye or dizziness Are you getting any treatment for the red eye -- drops, antibiotics?
Head pressure and dizzy suggests sinus infection or ear infection. See your doctor.
