You probably have something in the eye, like a particle of dust or something.

You must go to the emergency room now, or risk permanent damage to, or loss of the eye.

I once had something in my eye, but I managed to rinse it out. The problem was, the spec of grit that was in there scratched the eye before I got it cleared out, and it still felt like it was in there.
I had to go to the emergency room, and have the eye covered in a patch.
It was several days before I was able to remove the patch.
But all was well after that.

But I wasn't able to deal with it on my own, I needed medical help, and I think you do too.

2 drops of Ciprofloxacin eye drops at 3 hours intervals for as many days as the inflammation exists
max 7 days
then see a doctor
Ciprofloxacin u wil get as Ciprox or what ever the counter name is in your area
