Question: Blurry contact lens? (first time)?
This is my first time wearing contacts. I had some trouble getting my left lens off and my eye got very irritated. It's been about half an hour since I got them on. My left eye is very blurry and weird. Is it just because my eye is irritated, and will it adjust after a while? The left lens is also for my astigmatism and it's wider and thicker than the other.

If its your first time, it usualy is just your eye getting used to the lens being in there, If you had trouble getting your lens in or out, this will irritate the eye and you will find it might be slightley uncomfortable and blurry. They always need a time to 'settle down' too. This shouldn't take too long, so if your finding they arn't settling, pop them out and give you eyes a bit of a rest, if the eye continues to feel painful, blurry, red and bloodshot, go and see your optician to have it looked at.
