i just got hit in the eye by a rubber band, my eye is red and my vision is a little blurry right now.
will i be ok? is this something really bad?

Yes, it will probably get better in a little bit, might take hours though if you got hit real hard.
if you notice blood or extreme redness, or if it doesn't feel dramatically better in a few hours, consider visiting an ophtalmologist.
