I am an 18 year old female, about 5 foot 2 and an half inches tall, weight 132lbs so i am average, I have been feeling sick as if i got a cold but it comes after a headache and then my body tempature drops to very hot but like my chest hurts on the left side and i get a headache, fever, nausia is this a regular fever or cold or what do u think this is HELP!!!! THANKS

How long has this been happening? How does your chest hurt? Is it sore from coughing, sharp pain, dull pain? As long as your body temperature isn't fluctuating constantly, you probably just have some sort of flu/cold. If its really bothering you, then only a doctor can advise you. It sounds fairly normal, but only you can really know the severity and whether or not to be worried!!
I suggest you go to your doctor immediately.
