How do I fix the unevenness of my eyes?!

Question: How do I fix the unevenness of my eyes?
Over two years ago, I contracted some type of infection/disease in my right eye, and it is now gone (although I do hear it can come back with stress). Unfortunately, the infection/disease damaged my eye; it made my eye-sight worse and my eyelid noticeably droopier. I know that the damage to my eyesight is irreversible (unless I get surgery), but is there any way I can reverse the damage done to my eyelid? I just really want my eyes to be even again because I am extremely self-concious about the way it looks. Thanks so much in advance :)
Ps- I know that there are some exercises that supposedly work, but I am not I am fully aware of which ones work and which ones don't (I have been trying one of them, and no progress seems to have been made). Also- I will avoid surgery at all costs.
The unevenness in my eyes is most apparent when I am tired.

Here is a picture of what my eyes look like:

This sounds like ptosis. I don't know much else that can be done to correct the droopiness, other than surgery. When in doubt about which exercises to do, why not see an eye doctor? Personally, I have found that opthamologists like to treat with surgery, as that is their specialty, and that optometrists prefer a more therapy based treatment. Ask some experts. Don't just trust some yahoo answerers.

My eyes are misaligned, and although its bothersome to me, no one else seems to care. Especially when you're around someone for so long, you don't notice that kind of thing. If you have no luck with your exercises, its really not the end of the world! I really do understand your self-consciousness on a personal level, but if its not damaging anything and not surgery worthy, its just something that makes you (and me) different!

You can try shutting your eyes really tight and then opening them again!
Good luck!
