Question: Something is Wrong With My Eye????

theres a gel like substence in my eye, underneath the bottom eye lid. its like a baige color, and very irritating, i can see fine but its hard to open and close my eye lids. and its very red and itchy. i dont have any eye drops. and im not sure what to do. any help??
