why do i keep thinking still images are moving?!

Question: Why do i keep thinking still images are moving?
i was watching a youtube video and they showed a still image for a second and to me it looked like it was morphing or like moving to the left of the screen for a second but then i realized that no it wasn't so i paused it to make sure and it still looked like that, and now that i've noticed it the same is happening to me when i look at printed photos and it even kinda looks like actual objects are shifting, like an optical illusion? i don't get it like, as i'm typing the text seems to be expanding then getting smaller, then the little box looks like it's moving a little bit.

i'm not scared or anything, it's just kinda trippy. does anyone know why this might be happening? i'm not tired or fatigued or anything.

Answers:

Have you stressed yourself too much, or exposed to too much radiation (especially to computer), or have washed your eyes directly after reading or watching TV or surfing the net? That case happens to me every time I do such things. Too much nerve activity often makes us feel pain in our eyes and if after strenuous things you decide to take a shower or a nice face-washing, you'll really feel a bit dizzy and unwell.

Try taking a break with what you usually do that requires a lot of eye work. Relax. If there is still no improvement, better consult an eye specialist within 24 hours.

Have you taken any medications or illegal drugs? Ask your doctor if you have or report yourself to the police if you took drugs.

I watched a video like that once. The trippy thing stopped after like 5 minutes.
