When you first get them, they do take some getting used to. Don't drive in them until you are confident but other than that wear them as much as you can.

Remember that you have to get used to moving your eyes and head differently than you would before. If you look straight ahead into the distance your vision should be clear. As you look down the lens it gradually changes into your nearer prescription. So the closer something is to you, the lower in the lens you have to look. You will have to alter your head position a little but you'll soon get used to this and not even notice you are doing it.

As you look to the edges of your lenses you will notice the vision blurs - so make sure you always look through the middle part and turn your head to point towards where you want to look.

If after about 10 days you are struggling, go back to your optician and ask them to show you again in person - they'll check the set up and make sure everything is as it should be.
