Why do I see small bubble like circles (multiple-together) when looking at the l!

Question: Why do I see small bubble like circles (multiple-together) when looking at the light?
I just got my eyes tested, picture of them and everything, and it came back normal. I didn't tell the doctor this though.
For the past couple months, when I look in the light, or sort of squint my eyes, especially when riding in a car and looking at the pavement when it is sunny...

I see these little circles, a lot of them, like they're raining down, they look like a river of circles tat are really small bubble like.

Go back and tell the doctor, though I really think you may be staring at the bright light long enough to cause you to see halos or auras, which is normal.

I get them all the time and, other than being short sighted, I have nothing wrong with my eyes
