Eyes feel hurt and feel strained?!

Question: Eyes feel hurt and feel strained?
Hi Everyone!

First, I know I should go to my opthamologist, and I plan on doing so soon, yet I was wondering what you all thought. (I am at college right now finishing out the semester which is delaying everything)

Last spring, after a surgery I had near my left eye (yet not dealing with anything directly attached to it). The muscles in my left eye were weakened and it could not focus on objects as easily as my right eye. I guess it was almost like a lazy eye. I shared my concerns with my opthamologist and my surgeon both of which assured me that this was normal after surgery.
As time progressed things started to get better, but still the left eye muscles remained weak, yet recently I have had a slightly more difficult time. When I am in class, and I am copying notes from the board, I have an increased difficulty seeing the words clearly and also can literally feel them straining to make out what the board says, the problem is the same for powerpoints or movies. I sit in the front row so I am as close as one can get to the board. So I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what this could be or has experienced this themselves? Would glasses help?

Thank you so much! Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones!

You have maybe 3 approaches.

Approach 1. If youre simply shortsighted (suffering myopia) you can use a lens such as glasses or contacts) to correct your visoin problem.

Approach 2. You can check whether youre using your natural vision to its best ability. This involves the muscles of the eyes mainly and being able to relax the mind.

Approach 3. If you have myopia due to an elongated eyeball (which is most common reason) then a few people have used the option of wearing READING GLASSES to help encourage the eye back to being a spherical shape. This might sound strange to you but when tested on chickens, lenses were proven to change the shape of their eyeballs (after a long period of wearing). This knowledge helped some experts (humans) to improve their own vision
