Where to find color contacts in strong prescriptions?!

So I go to a lot of anime conventions and such, and the character I always go as (Soul Eater) has red eyes. I have everything else for the costumes I use (different jackets, pants, shoes, wig, teeth, ect) but I cannot find color contacts in my prescription anywhere (for a reasonable price). My eyes suck. And this is the last piece i need. If it helps my prescription is -17.5 in the left eye, and -16 in the right eye (told you they suck). And by reasonable price I mean within about 200 dollars (perhaps 250-300 at a max). I'm not holding my breath for this though because I know they are really expensive. Thanks!
