what do you mean ? If you're concerned about your eyesight you must specify what your problem is. If you're nearsighted it has nothing to do with the lens, but with the length of the eyball.
Do you mean your vision or your natural lens? There is no way to improve your natural lens. If you have cataracts, the lens will be removed and replaced by an intraocular lens. If you are referring to your vision, the only way to improve nearsightedness or farsightedness is corrective lenses, ortho-k or Lasik. Lasik has risks which could leave you worse off than you were prior to the surgery, though most Lasik patients do have good results.
Don't play into the hype that certain foods or eye exercises will improve your vision Even those on this Yahoo answers who have tried eye exercises and think it helped have spent many years doing the exercises and generally only see minuscule improvement and are still dependent on corrective lenses.
