question about my eyes?!

First of all i have really good vision, 15/20 in my left eye, and 20/20 in my right now. When i close my left i i can see perfect with my right eye, and the same goes for when i close my right eye, i can see perfect out of my left... But my problem is, when i have both eyes open, its like im only focusing out of my left eye??? lets say like i put my hand over my nose.. and theirs something on the right of me, i can still see it but it doesnt really focus on it, my left eye is MOSTLY focused in, so its kinda like im only seeing threw my left eye. what do you think could be the problem? its kinda hard to explain, but i can message you to explain more.. another thing to add, say your face is looking straight, and you turn your eyes to the right to see something thats on the right of you, but only your eyes, not your head.. when i do that since my left eye is looking right, i can see my nose and what ever else is on my right. but thats all its focused on, My right eye turning right should be focused on the tv easlily since i look that way, but NO my left eye is more dominate over it..
