Pain in eye after getting a scar on my cornea a year ago.?!

So in October 2009, I had an ulcer on my cornea, which left a big scar in the middle of my right eye. Now, over a year later, I have a chronic, dull pain that feels like it's above/behind the same eye. The pain comes and goes all day, and it's been going on for about a month now. At first I thought it was just my eye straining to see, because the scar blurs my vision. But, the pain doesn't feel like any headache I've had before. Does any body have any experience with this problem?
