errrr...... I'm not sure if you understand the word Perforated....
if your eye ball is perforated, that means a high velocity object punctured the eye, entered the eye, and exited the eye. That means your eyeball will have 2 holes... and it's contents will leak out, and you would be blind with-in a short amount of time. (besides the pain of the injury would lead you to call the Ambulance straight away)
Perhaps you mean.. "How do I know if my eye has ben PENETRATED?"... This is the same as above, but the object has NOT left the eye ball.. it's still in the eye, or is stuck in the hole that it made. This would also be painful.
So in short, the PAIN would tell you to call the Ambulance or go to the Hospital ASAP.
