Is there particular reason you want PCarb tinted lenses? Yes they are light and strong, but they scratch, warp, and oxidise quite easily...

Many labs don't do tinted Rx PCarb because PCarb as a material doesn't absorb dyes/tints very well. You litterally have to boil them in the dye for hours!!! and even that, they don't absort consistently and intensely up to 85%.

It would be better for go for 1.60 index Plastics (which are stronger, scratch resistant, and non-oxydising)... but they are just a little heavier... that's all.

There is a 3rd option... to use Trivex material (Hoya Pheonix or Younger Trillogy)... which are lighter, just as strong and non-oxydising... but again, they don't absorb the tint very well.

This place specializes in making the lenses for eyeglasses, so you usually have to send them in. But there's a chance that the optician already has the template and can make them from scratch.

i think that many sunglass vendors like oakleys and ray bans have tinted polycarb. try checking out oakley.com and if not many optometrist's offices sell sunglass or tinted glasses for that matter if you live close i know Buchanan Eye Care and Villa Rica Eye Care carries them
