Can swollen and burning eyelids along with slight dizziness mean I need eye glas!

Question: Can swollen and burning eyelids along with slight dizziness mean I need eye glasses? Please answer SO STRESSED?
I cried a lot one week back for few hours but havent cried since then. Since then my eyes are swollen and stinging and burning, like I have just cried. My eyebrow area hurts if pressed and my neck hurts a bit which is cervical spondylosis pain. I was feeling head pressure as well and slightly dizzy when I walk move around etc.

What is going on with me. Eyedrops havent helped and I am worried. My eye doctor she wont test my eyes since they r swollen and gave the drops. She checked my eyes and said it could be allergies, stress, inflammation or even the spondylosis but she said the drops would help and they havent.

I don't know how your cervical spondylosis could cause your eye problem unless the neck pain is so bad you are still crying, which you say you are not. I do not understand how your eye doc could not examine your eyes and/or lids, even with the swelling. Burning and swollen eyelids could be symptoms of Blepharitis which your eye doctor should have recognized and treated, usually with a special scrub. Blepharitis is a pretty common eye problem. I really think you need to get a second opinion from another ophthalmologist or optometrist.

In the meantime, try cold compresses over your closed eyes and brow area. Hopefully, it will relieve some of the swelling and the headache.

I would seriously consider going to the doctor. It sounds like you might be having an allergic reaction to whatever you are using. Call you primary care physician ASAP.

They could mean you're not getting enough sleep, or that you cry during your sleep. I would recommend resting. Your tear ducts could be infected, so i would get a new eye doctor if she wont test you.
